The recruitment notification has been released for multiple faculty vacancies in various departments including Anaesthesiology, Biochemistry, Cardiology, CTVS, General Medicine, General Surgery, Hospital Administration, Medical Oncology, Microbiology, Nephrology, Neurosurgery, Neurology, Nuclear Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Ophthalmology, Paediatrics, Pathology, Pain/Palliative Care, Pharmacology, Radiodiagnosis & Imaging, Radiation Oncology, Surgical Oncology, TB & Respiratory Disease, Transfusion Medicine & Blood Centre and Urology.

The recruitment will be conducted mainly through Direct Recruitment and if suitable candidates are not available, the posts may be filled on Deputation basis. Candidates must fulfill the required qualification, teaching/research experience and Medical Council registration requirements prescribed for the respective posts.

Qualification

  • Candidates should possess a medical qualification included in the First/Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
  • Required postgraduate qualifications include:

    • MD/MS
    • DM
    • M.Ch
    • DNB or equivalent qualification recognized by NMC
  • Candidates must have relevant teaching/research experience as prescribed for the respective posts.
  • Candidates must be registered with the Central/State Medical Council.

Age Limit

  • Professor: 58 Years
  • Associate Professor: 50 Years
  • Assistant Professor: 50 Years

Pay Scale

  • Professor: Level-14A (Entry Pay ₹1,59,100/-) + NPA
  • Associate Professor: Level-13A1 (Entry Pay ₹1,31,400/-) + NPA
  • Assistant Professor: Level-12 (Entry Pay ₹1,01,500/-) + NPA
